  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or damage.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method at your own expense.
