  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not offer cash-on-delivery (COD) services.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by region.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (United States): 5-10 business days

    • International: 10-20 business days

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or external shipping carriers.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be made as processing begins immediately.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to us for assistance.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and order details for verification.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
